WARNING: My Pain Program May Also Improve Your Career & Relationships

What does it mean to commit to a chronic pain program? Will I have to put my whole life on hold in order to complete it?

?

These are legitimate questions, and the short answer is that by participating in a chronic pain program, your life should not be interrupted or put on hold.?In fact, many of the aspects that we work together on should also enhance and improve almost every aspect of your life!

?

When working with me, our focus is to explore sustainable lifestyle changes for long-term benefits. But this does not require that we turn your whole life upside-down in order to do so!??

?

Together, we will take a lifestyle assessment, and begin chipping away at improving certain areas that could use more support.?We do this by committing to small, intentional tasks that usually revolve around a form of self-care.

?

I personally don’t want my clients to get overwhelmed or to feel forced to choose anything else over their progress while we work together.?For this reason, I try to keep it simple by encouraging small commitments to lifestyle changes, many that don’t require more than 10 minutes a day!

?

In my philosophy, seeking wellness is all about finding balance. We will work together to create a new balance in your life in order to offset the negative effects of your chronic pain.?

?

As a result of this work, it is very likely that you will begin to experience improvement and fulfillment in areas that you might not expect. Facets of your life that might experience positive transformation as a result of the work you are doing might include: improved relationships, increased happiness or fulfillment at your current career, or seeking a career that is more in alignment with your interests.

For a small time commitment in your day, what areas of your life would you like to see improved as a side effect of working on your chronic pain? Comment below! ??
