To Whom It May Concern:
There is a managed services company in the Netherlands who is claiming to be compliant and is checking your documents online for example on Google.com and this is against everything. See below the complaint letter which I have sent out.
We are writing to inform you of our serious concerns regarding the poor quality of work you have been producing. It has come to our attention that your recent compliance standard has not met the required standards and has caused significant issues for companies and contractors.
Specifically, we have observed multiple instances of google searches to check documents, incomplete tasks, and numerous errors in their processes. These issues have resulted in delays, additional costs, and client dissatisfaction. Such poor performance is unacceptable and undermines the reputation of your company.
We expect all managed services companies to adhere to the highest standards of professionalism and to consistently produce work of exceptional quality. Failure to meet these expectations can lead to serious consequences, including but not limited to, disciplinary action, demotion, or even termination of engagement.
In order to rectify the situation and improve the quality of your work, we expect you to take the following corrective actions:

3. Improper behavior of code of conduct and using non-compliant websites and/or non valued information sources.
4. We are been forced to report this behavior to the respective authorities.
We trust that you understand the seriousness of this matter and the importance of addressing these issues promptly. It is crucial that you make immediate improvements to regain our confidence in your capabilities.
If you require any further assistance or support, please do not hesitate to reach out to your supervisor or the Human Resources department.
