On June 24, a delegation from Rio Tinto Group visited Aury Vibrating Screen Manufacturering plant for exchange corperation comments, and experienced Aury's intelligent product system and advanced production technology and processes up close, in order to deepen cooperation and enhance cooperation confidence, deepen cooperation and seek common development based on in-depth exchanges. Rong Baoming, general manager of Aury Company, led the management and technical team to conduct reception work, and warmly welcomed the Rio Tinto Group customers who came from afar and contacted and exchanged.
During the visit and exchange, the Aury team introduced Aury's development history and team advantages to the customers, and introduced the production process, technology and development trend of the products in detail.
During this period, Rio Tinto customers learned about Aury's relaxation screen products in detail, intending to solve the current high viscosity and difficult to screen material problems on site.
They also locked in the intelligent products with high added value of Aury, and showed great interest in the automated intelligent welding system that integrates the robot system, welding system and process system, the XRT intelligent mobile screening and crushing station that adopts oil-electric hybrid and is equipped with precision, efficiency and safety, and the CMS online monitoring system that reflects the equipment status in real time.
They plan to connect to the Aury intelligent monitoring system to monitor the operation status of the screen body and the vibrator in real time, realize the pre-alarm of abnormal conditions, reduce unplanned shutdowns, reduce the labor intensity of workers, and improve production capacity and work efficiency.
Secondly, they conducted in-depth exchanges and discussions on the long-term cooperation model between Aury Group and Rio Tinto Group in the next five years, and the solution of replacing the vibrator of Rio Tinto Group's original other brands of screen machines to extend the service life of the screen machine.
