It's so interesting that when people are exercising whether it be yoga, the gym or going out for a run, they see (and feel) the benefit of warming up. Many do not think about the power of a warm-up when they are about to speak. Worried about getting "tongue-tied" - warm-up, concerned you won't be heard clearly - warm-up! I think you're getting the gist of my message. So how do we warm-up our voices? I always get my clients to use the fruit salad warm up as it easy to remember and a bit of fun.
