Warm Seasons Greetings From Awakened Company

Hello Readers,

As we approach the end of another remarkable year, the team at Awakened Company extends our heartfelt gentle Seasons Greetings to you and your loved ones.

May we all find time to embrace the silence and quiet time with family and friends amidst all the noise of the world. May we recharge and may we be able to be with who we love and if not, may they be with you in your heart. May each other's presence fill us.

In 2015, when the Awakened Company was published it seemed a unique approach to business and organizations. We are overjoyed with the overwhelming increasing receptivity to the concepts of the Awakened Company – embracing more of our humanity into our work. We are happy to report we will be going deeper into this in 2024.

I would like to thank members of our team for their blood, sweat, laughs, and tears over the years: Bliss Aime, Sheri Gosse, and Russ Hudson. And extended members of our team Dr. Deborah Egerton, Joey Jacob, Steven Jacob. Thanks to the visionaries at Queen’s University, as well as Tara Mandala and Charlotte Rotterdam. I would also like to thank new Awakenly team member Rob Beamish. Gratitude to all of our families for their support. I am very excited to report that Russ Hudson and I are working on a book on creativity.

We are so thankful for our clients – the teams we work with, the executive coaching assignments, those at our in-person and online events. It is because of your openness and growth mindset, our work is possible.

A number of clients we are working with have been doing a management assessment process as an entry point to strategic planning. Stay tuned for upcoming blogs on how to hire, and what to look for in leaders.

We want to take this opportunity to express our gratitude for your continued support, community, and partnership. As we reflect on the past months, we are reminded of the strength that comes from unity and the resilience of the human spirit. May this festive season bring joy, peace, and rejuvenation to your life, allowing you to enter the new year with a renewed sense of hope and optimism.
