Happy New Month!

This month we will focus on Self-Reflection of the year. Self-reflection is the key to self-awareness: it allows you to turn-inward and to look neutrally at our thoughts, behaviours, feelings, emotions, and actions.

As you engage in Self-Reflection this new month, you are able to see more clearly what's going on both inside you and around you in general.

I am so excited about this one and hope you are excited as well.

Tips:

  • Set aside time each day for self-reflection:?carve out a few minutes each day to sit quietly and reflect on your thoughts and behaviors.
  • Be honest with yourself:?One of the most important aspects of self-reflection is being honest with yourself.
  • Use self-reflection as a tool for growth:?Once you have identified areas that need improvement, use self-reflection as a tool for growth.
