From 11 to 14 March, Warimpex is attending the MIPIM in Cannes and looking forward to valuable discussions about future trends and developments with experts from the industry. At this year's MIPIM, we are delighted to present selected projects with a special focus on Poland that combine high sustainability standards and flexible office spaces.

Meanwhile, in our Ogrodowa Office building in ?ód? we are very pleased to welcome a new tenant: T-Mobile is moving one of its teams to the building and has leased nearly 2,400 sqm in our modern development.

Furthermore, we are closing our Artist Series by looking into our final artist Tope, who is known for his unique house motifs at our Cowork by Memos locations.

Warimpex at MIPIM 2025

From 11 to 14 March, Warimpex is attending the MIPIM in Cannes at stand P-1.L18 and is looking forward to valuable discussions about future trends and developments with experts from the industry.

As in previous years, Warimpex will, again, be represented at the real estate trade show MIPIM this year. The MIPIM is a unique exhibition and networking platform, that connects high-level property professionals from all over the world and offers insights into the current affairs of the real estate industry.

Founded in 1990, MIPIM is the real estate event where the most influential players from all sectors of the international real estate industry meet. It brings together the entire value chain and offers unrivalled access to the largest number of development projects and sources of capital worldwide. Warimpex is looking forward to meeting up with long-standing partners, making new contacts and exchanging know-how.

New tenant at the Ogrodowa Office in ?ód?: T-Mobile

T-Mobile, one of the largest telecommunications operators in Poland, is moving one of its ?ód? teams to the prestigious Ogrodowa Office building. This is another example of the growing importance of high-quality office space in the centre of ?ód?. The company has leased nearly 2,400 sqm in this modern development, owned by Warimpex. Cushman & Wakefield experts supported T-Mobile in selecting the location and negotiating the terms of the deal.

Ogrodowa Office is a modern, class A office building with a retail and service area, located in the centre of ?ód?, at the intersection of Ogrodowa and Zachodnia streets. Its location ensures proximity to key city landmarks such as Piotrkowska Street, the Manufaktura and the andel's ?ód? Hotel. The building fits harmoniously into the city's historical spatial layout, and the variety of facades refers to the rich architectural heritage of Lodz. At the same time, it meets the highest quality standards, responding to the needs of dynamic companies such as T-Mobile.

Local artists at Cowork by Memos: Tope

Closing our Artist Series we want to introduce our final artist Tope, who is known for his unique house motifs at our Cowork by Memos locations.

Art plays an important role in shaping the atmosphere of our spaces. This month, as part of our Artist Series, we are highlighting Tope, an artist known for his unique house motifs. In his work, Tope explores the concept of houses in many forms - dynamic, cheerful, mysterious, and unexpected. In doing so, his recognizable style has become a well-known element of street art, attracting the interest of art enthusiasts and urban explorers alike.

Tope’s artwork is a key feature of Cowork by Memos, adding a creative touch to our locations in ?ód? and Kraków. By blending urban creativity with contemporary work environments, his pieces enrich the character of our spaces at Warimpex. We are pleased to showcase Tope’s work as part of our Artist Series!
