There is a war going on in my country. Probably the most brutal war of the early 21st century. So far, it is impossible to calculate exactly how many people died. They will never return to their families. According to the UN, more than 10 million people, more than a quarter of Ukraine's population - had already left their homes By March 20, 2022. 3.5 million of them left the territory of Ukraine and were forced to flee to the countries closest to the west of Ukraine.?
The UN reports that from February 24 to March 31, the organization recorded 3,257 civilian casualties of the war.
Of these, 1276 were killed, including 115 children. Wounded - 1981, including 160 children. All cases most often occurred from shelling and airstrikes.

The world shook. Not everyone can be compassionate. In today's world, cruelty prevails over kindness. Sometimes people do not pay attention to the world around them, devoting all their time to themselves. However, I believe that compassion lives in every person.
Perhaps someone has it hidden deep in their souls, but still, it is there, you just need to get it.
Compassion helps a person understand how the other person is feeling. Be it physical or mental pain. Compassion makes a person help people, sincerely do good deeds, at the call of the heart, without self-interest and calculation.
That is why the small AweyUa movement was created by the Ukrainians, who are now in Ukraine and have thrown all their forces to help the same Ukrainians.

We are people with different fates. Our main goal is to join forces to help our compatriots simply survive in this terrible time. Even Christ needed help to carry his cross.
Our financial resources are limited. On March 20, we sent about 18 buses. We don't do exact calculations. This is an average of 700 people. They are no longer at war.
The cost of diesel fuel in Kyiv is 37 hryvnia per liter. One bus needs to be filled with at least 300 liters. And still, need to refuel.
This is 11,100 hryvnia or 400 euros ($380).
For a month, fuel cost 7,200 euros (6,800 dollars).
We did not consider overhead costs, repairs, maintenance, and so on.
