If you are looking to lose weight and feel energized, you might want to consider doing this program for 10 days. We provide you with an incredible solution to your weight loss and you're wanting to feel the great challenge.
I recommend before you start this program or any program, first start by writing down your why, for example, start by writing some of these sentences down on paper. Starting with the end in mind think about how you would like to feel after this journey. "You need to remember this is for you nobody else." Why would I like to feel better, then describe what you feel and why you want to feel better. Why do I want to look better, why do I want to think more clearly, why do I want to have a great night sleep and wake up feeling energized and amazing every morning. Trust me, you need to write down, I guarantee if you do this, you will have great success. Take note! There are no excuses. Just do it! Write it down.
Follow these steps every day
We all need high levels of nutrition in our bodies every single day to maintain optimal health and wellness. I recommend that everyone take a nutritional supplement program while doing any type of physical exercise or starting off eating foods that will nourish your body.

1- Warm water with lemon in the morning
This is one of the best, simplest, and very effective remedies to get rid of belly fat.
2- Jeera water in the morning
Another alternative for you can be having jeera water first thing in the morning. Take a teaspoon of cumin seeds and boil them in water. Strain the cumin water. Have it warm. It is very effective in removing abdominal bloodedness and shedding off belly fat.
3- Go for whole grains
Whole grains mean better fiber, more nutrition, and more proteins and calcium. Intaking more fiber is very helpful in maintaining the health of your gut. Also, you must replace refined flour with whole grains as it is very unhealthy and can hamper your digestion.
4- Stay away from chemical/refined sugar
That is, only eat sugar in its natural form such as it occurs in fruits.
5- Water, water all day!
Water is the elixir of life. It is a very effective tool to get rid of excess fat. Have at least eight glasses of water a day or follow the following formula to calculate your ideal intake as it can differ for people of different weights.
? To calculate, check your weight in kilograms and divide the number by 30. Your answer will be your ideal intake in liters.
? For example, you weigh 60 kilos. Then your ideal water intake is 60/30, which is 2 liters.
? Way yourself in pounds, divide the total weight in half and drink that measurement in ounces of water every day. This is your ideal water consumption.
6- Say yes to raw whole foods
Load up on as many fruits and vegetables that you can have in their raw form. Raw foods are rich in fiber and antioxidants and hence, very effective in losing weight.
7- Sip on hot organic teas
This can include green tea, jasmine tea, cinnamon tea, or any tea that is flavored with natural spices. Sipping on hot organic teas is very helpful in losing weight as they are rich in antioxidants and trace amounts of many other vitamins and minerals.
