Wanted: Manufacturer for "Patents for Humanity Award" winning drill rig.

I am winner of the "Patents for Humanity Award" of the United States Patents Office for my reverse flow drilling technology. I am looking for a manufacturer to manufacture my drilling tool for use in South America, Europe, China, Asia and Australia. There is a possibility an exclusive license to manufacture and ship will be available in the countries you select. I believe that the U.S. and Africa have been filled. My method of drilling has never been available before. I am also interested in selling the drill to anyone that would like to have an exclusive patent in any area of the world. The exclusive area will be 10,000 sq. miles in size. The patented system will give you an advertising advantage. If you are having a competitor lowball their bid prices, this patent will resolve that problem.
