Wanted: High Capacity Clients
That title is ridiculous, I know. But in today's market, sales and marketing teams work incredibly hard to refine their creative pitch for their potential clients. Explain who you are, which markets and industries your services are best suited for, Get hyper customized with your outreach, be methodical, relevant, and strategic. And please do it in 280 characters or less to every singly potential buyer in the company. And do it over and over again until you can get a decision maker to say yes to a fifteen minute meeting.
People, it's hard work. My sales team spends a lot of time figuring out how we can get your attention. You're hit up every day with content aimed at delivering immediate ROI to your organization as quickly as possible, and our team just isn't as big as the big guys. So, while our team continues to refine our sales process to help you understand why you should work with us, I want to let you in on a big secret about our ideal client. Our clients are what we like to call: High Capacity.
We need leadership teams who have organizational complexity and are asking big questions like:
-Is the work we're doing meaningful? Is it done in a way that our team can be proud of?
-How do we get our people to perform higher quality and valuable work that exceeds our customer's expectations?
-How do we create processes that make our people more efficient so our company can be more effective? Do you know the difference between efficiency & effectiveness?
-How do we use technology to automate repetitive or maybe not-so-repetitive tasks so we can get face time with our customers & create margin in their buying experiencing?
High Capacity, for my team, refers to owners & leadership teams who are not just looking for bookkeeping help, or a better tax answer, or a payroll partner who makes sure their people get paid although those are always meaningful things.
High capacity refers to the willingness of a company to be more than what they do. It means having the courage to be useful, to be honorable, to be compassionate, and to understand that there is a difference in how you make a living and how you make a life.
High capacity people within organizations are those who are teachable, who have complex problems they are trying to solve, who want to create better processes, better platforms, and better people for their industry, their market, and their community. And they do it in a way that their team members can be excited about.
When I sit down in your office for the first time and ask you, "So what keeps you doing this job every day?"
I want you to know. It's not because I'm looking to see how I can get my services to line up with whatever you're about to say.
It's because I'm hoping, always hoping, that you are one of those rare and wonderful people who are bent on making the world a better place for everyone around you.
If that's you, We'd love to meet with you.
