WANT TO WIN AT OFFICE POLITICS?

Are your achievements and accomplishments usually discounted in your workplace?
Do you feel that others get rewarded for projects you have spent so much time working on?
Do you get regularly back stabbed by colleagues?
Do you find your boss behaving funny towards you for no reason, quite often?
Do you wonder a lot of times what is going on behind the scene that leads to the decisions that are taken in your workplace, which ultimately affect you in ways you do not like?
Does it hurt you badly when you have bright and creative ideas but it seems your boss just never seems to approve of them, yet approves for others on your team?
Did the promotion you were gunning for suddenly go to someone else, and you knew this person was actually less competent than you? Were they more qualified than you?
You see, several years ago, I was a hardworking and efficient administrator who did my job excellently and even went the extra mile to deliver results on my job.
But…
I was often sidelined and overlooked by my supervisors.
It hurt! Badly!!!
Others just seemed to be getting the rewards for my hard work and diligence, and this hurt me really badly! Someone else on my management team was always praised for the tasks I had accomplished. Someone else was chosen to travel to the United States for a project I had initiated and worked hard on and seen to completion. I felt like not showing up at work on a lot of days. I just managed to be there to keep the job going.
My mental health suffered!
This went on for so long that I became helpless, demotivated and frustrated.
Until…
I stumbled on some resources accidentally and had my aha moment! I realised there was a missing link... office politics.
Before then, I had always thought all I had to do was work hard, go the extra mile on my job, achieve results and I would have amazing success at work and in my career, and I’d be recognized and handsomely rewarded for my efforts... and be happy ever after!
Naah!
That just wasn’t it!
There was more!
I have created a course for you if you are facing workplace politics.
