Want Recruiters to Notice You? Do This
If recruiters aren’t reaching out to you on LinkedIn, you have to watch this.
This is the first video in a free and limited 6-part video series on how to get noticed on LinkedIn.
I believe LinkedIn is one of the most powerful platforms that exists.
I’m not only saying this because I’m one of the most followed voices on the platform.
But I literally see it every day:
LinkedIn is the ultimate gatekeeper of opportunities.
Think about this: What else has the opportunity to radically change your career like LinkedIn?
If you know how to use LinkedIn, you’ll have recruiters reaching out to you. You’ll get interview requests, job offers and higher quality jobs - jobs that deserve your talents.
You can think of LinkedIn as a filter.
Everything passes through this filter, whether recruiters are directly reaching out to you or you’re applying to jobs.
When you apply for a job, what’s the first thing that happens?

Someone will (hopefully) read your resume and look at your LinkedIn profile.
In other words, LinkedIn acts like a filter, whether you like it or not.
Your profile on LinkedIn has to tell your story in a compelling and relevant way to the people you most want to reach, or...
...recruiters simply won’t notice you.
Your resume and LinkedIn profile will look just like the thousands of others they’ve already seen.
And this is precisely why recruiters aren’t reaching out to you.
The solution is to stand out.
That’s easier said than done, but I share practical tips on how to do that in my free and limited video series.
And I show you in detail how to do it in my ‘Get Noticed on LinkedIn’ masterclass which is opening its doors on Thursday, September 19.
If you have any questions about LinkedIn, please drop me a comment.
I’ll do my best to address your question in the video series or even create a module for it in the upcoming masterclass.
Here's to you!
Best,
Liz

6 个月I think the job market need to be more real and remove the gap of the unknown there too many scams out there and you can't see what is real or not, there is same thing happening on LinkedIn and other job finder platform, like Ziprecruteir and Indeed where you post your resume where the ghosting of recruiters taking place.
