Want Real Estate Success in 2024? Then Do These 3 Things

2024 is here.

You might be thinking about setting some New Year’s resolutions.

Here’s my advice:

Don’t.

There’s a ton of research that shows people start faltering on their resolutions within the first week.

Do you know when “Quitters’ Day” is?

It’s January 12th.

That’s when most people have given up on their resolutions.

So if you want 2024 to be the year that you crush it in real estate…

…then don’t set a resolution for it.

Otherwise, you’ll fail and we’ll be having this conversation again this time next year.

So if you truly want success in 2024, do these three things instead.

#1 - Regularly express gratitude

Be grateful for who you are, who you love, and what you already have.

It’s been shown to increase your resilience, improve your mental health, and help you develop quality relationships.

You’ll just be happier…

…and deep down, that’s why you do all you do, isn’t it?

#2 - Get around successful, motivated people.

These are people who are already achieving what you want to achieve.

They say you are the average of the 5 people you spend the most time with.

So find a group of people who are successful in real estate.

Go talk to them.

Hang out with them.

Learn from them.

Pretty soon, you’ll think like them, act like them…

…and succeed like them.

#3 - Take massive action

Make sure you learn from it...

...then take more massive action.

Rinse and repeat.

It’s that simple.

You do those three things and boy, you’ll crush it in 2024.

Now, as I reflect on a busy 2023, it’s been a privilege to serve and support you this year.

In 2024 I’m going to continue to do even more of the same.

I know next year is going to be awesome.

Why?

Because I express gratitude every single day, I surround myself with an awesome community and I take MASSIVE action.
