This time: anxiety or superpower


Are you faced with anxiety now and then and - now even stronger?

I’d like to share a few tips I read about:

how to best transform your anxiety into your superpower.


Method A: old codes

Take a piece of paper and write down all the things you have learned about fear in your life. Write about who is the person you picked it up,

what feeling it creates within you and

whether you have adopted these fears?as if they were yours?


Then burn it, because it's not your thoughts.


They are codes. You can change codes.

Now start a new list.

  • What are fears?
  • How does anxiety feel like?
  • When are people afraid?
  • How do these fears show up?
  • Why do some people have more, some fewer fears?
  • How do fears differ from each other?
  • How do I want to deal with fears in my life?


There are a few more different ways to deal with fears and anxiety:

Method B: Make a conscious decision

Imagine anxiety and trust are 2 persons in your community, they one is fed by anxiety, they other by trust and love. Do you want to feed the person who grows the more anxiety you have? Or would you prefer to feel more trust and love and joy in your life and feed the community with these feelings, for you, for us, for the world?

Then make a conscious decision to do more things that bring joy and love in your life!


Method C: Treasure guide

Very often there is a pot of gold buried right where the fear is.

What if you accept the challenge from now on and see fear as a teacher that guides you the way to your next treasure?


Method D: Sticker

Maybe it helps to put up a sticker and remind yourself everyday:

I'm not afraid.

I can achieve anything.

I can do anything.


If I can achieve everything I've always wanted to achieve, what do I want to achieve?

If I can achieve anything, what am I doing this week? What am I doing today?


Remember that all the things coming up right now in your life might just be some kind of clearance, of letting go of being conscious of alternative choices in the future
