Chris is right on. Communicating value is the biggest challenge for most small businesses and solo entrepreneurs. Even if you can create value with your clients and customers, if you can’t communicate it well enough to win their business in the first place, you’ll probably never make more than $50k to $100k a year—and that’s if you work really hard.

But if you can WRITE WORDS that attract traffic, leads, and sales, you can automate your marketing, and make money even while you’re not working.

This is a fill-in-the-blank template that trains you to think and write like a professional Direct Response Copywriter.

Here’s the template (I've attached a downloadable file at the bottom of this newsletter):

Now you can [RESULT] and [BENEFIT] in [DEADLINE] without [CATCH] even if [DOUBT]

Your job is simple. Just practice replacing the words in the [BRACKETS] with the data points below:

• RESULT: The result your customer will get from using your product or service
• BENEFIT: The social and/or emotional impact that the OUTCOME will have on their life
• DEADLINE: The time it will take to get the RESULT and experience the BENEFIT
• CATCH: Something that they hope your product or service won't require them to do
• DOUBT: Something that makes them doubt whether your product or service will work for them

Here’s a simple example of my template in action…

“Now you can pack your client calendar and earn $20k to $50k every month BY THIS TIME next year! You can do this without sending LinkedIn cold emails or writing SEO articles, even if you have less than $200 a month to spend on advertising!”

I wrote this message ^ using the following five data points:

• RESULT: Pack your client calendar
• BENEFIT: Earn $20k to $50k a month
• DEADLINE: 12 months
• CATCH: Sending cold LinkedIn emails, writing SEO articles
• DOUBT: Having less than $200 a month to spend on advertising

See what I did there? I replaced all the words in [BRACKETS] with five simple data points about my offer and my target market.

Now, I can repurpose this same message to create and test multiple messages, like this…

If you only have $7 a day to market your digital marketing business, that’s okay! You can still PACK YOUR CALENDAR without cold emailing or writing SEO articles.
