Commitment + Follow through=Confidence
Specifically, I'm talking about a commitment to yourself.
Being in the fitness industry, I come across a LOT of people who have real difficulty with keeping commitments to themselves.?
They’re great at following through for others (kids, spouse, work), but when it comes to themselves, well, not so much…
It’s no wonder so many people walk around with no self-confidence!
Confidence can be a huge boost for your mental health AND your physical health.?
You are more likely to take care of yourself, get out and about, be active, and choose healthier foods the more confidence you have.
