Losing weight, getting in shape, improving your health has lots of benefits...

I could probably list 1,000 but you already know..

More energy, more confidence, better health leads to an amazing life..

You get to set an example to your kids..

More productive and focused at work..

Better relationship..

Make more money..

Life really becomes way more fun.

Problem is you've probably tried before.

You've done diets.

You've done the gym.

Maybe even tried weight watchers and slimming world.

Unfortunately, none of these have worked for you.

Which leaves you feeling like a 'failure' and blaming yourself.

Now, the past is the past. No point in pointing fingers or thinking about it negatively.

We need to move on, don't we?!

So I think this a great conversation to have today...

You've probably lost weight in the past and got in shape but weight came on and you lost your way.

Pillar 5: Lifestyle Factors (i.e. Stress, Sleep, Recovery)

This is not just about me keeping you accountable and on track..

There is that element of course, but ultimately my clients keep themselves accountable and on track by doing the driving themselves because that's what creates lifelong behaviour change.
