Hi! My name is Martin and I’m an official Salesforce Trailblazer Guide for Sweden! I signed up to join the “Trailblazer Guides” volunteer program this year and I am certified in delivering the Trailblazer messaging to anyone working with (or planning on working with) Salesforce - be it students, community groups, and/or our prospects and customers. There are close to 500 Trailblazer guides around the world and we want to inspire and enable our Trailblazers! Whether it’s a session on Trailhead, the Trailblazer Community, role-based discussions or product expertise, me and my fellow Guides are ready to help you.

And why does this matter?

According to this year’s IDC Salesforce Economy Study, Salesforce and its global ecosystem of partners will create 9.3 million new Salesforce-related jobs by 2026. We’ve made it our mission to empower Trailblazers around the world with the tools they need to build dynamic careers, companies, and communities with Salesforce.

Salesforce has developed a free online learning platform called Trailhead. Trailhead is the front door to the Salesforce Ecosystem that provides anyone with access to learn in-demand skills. We already have over 15 million learners in the Trailhead learning platform, and a recent study has shown that:

• 1/3 of our learners have found a new job or made a career change based on the skills they have learned on Trailhead
• 50% of our learners have received a promotion or raise related to skills they have gained from Trailhead.
• 2/3 have indicated that they are more productive at work because of Trailhead.

I am available to do a brief presentation for your team(s) or students on how they can be a Trailblazer in the Salesforce Ecosystem - either virtually/online or potentially even visit in person depending upon location, scheduling and availability. Did you know we have over 12,000 active Trailblazers in Sweden alone? And our learners are ambitious - we are closing in on 500 individuals who have reached Ranger rank or higher (2x, 3x, 4x, 5x and all-star Rangers). Are you one of them? ????
