2. What does your day-to-day look like? What skill sets do you feel you utilize the most?

My days are a dynamic mix of client interaction, strategic planning, and cross-functional collaboration.I am constantly connecting with potential clients, learning about their businesses, and crafting customized advertising solutions to help them achieve their goals. The most important skills?? Strong communication, persuasive presentation skills, and the ability to analyze client needs and develop effective solutions. You also need to be organized, persistent, and comfortable working independently to achieve your targets.

3. What does customer-centric selling look like in practice in your role?

At Google, we're not just selling ads; we're helping businesses grow. Customer-centric selling means becoming a trusted advisor to our clients. We work closely with them to understand their unique challenges and goals, then leverage the power of Google's advertising solutions to drive real business results. It's about building relationships, providing valuable insights, and ultimately, seeing our clients succeed.

4. What project/program have you worked on that you are proudest of?

Even the biggest brands face challenges. I recently worked with a leading alcoholic beverage company that, despite its global recognition, was struggling to expand its reach. My approach involved crafting a tailored Google Ads strategy and optimizing their YouTube campaigns for maximum impact. The result? A significant increase in their online visibility and a stronger connection with their target audience.?
