More than ever before, prospective and existing customers appreciate when you treat them to the same type of refreshing straight talk they would normally receive from close friends.

Despite all the powerful marketing automation processes that exist online today... the final decision to purchase is still made by a human being, with a fragile EGO.

Being brutally honest with customers demonstrates your integrity in a way that reinforces trust.

After all, who would be so dumb as to risk losing a sale by holding a mirror for a customer to see their own flaws? Someone that is genuinely interested in that customer's well being, that's who.
