Most probably you experienced importing your LCL cargo by giving free hand to your shipper, they normally book with those forwarders who send it to their agents against incentive/rebate, resulting with your consignment will heavily charged at destination and against that rebate your shipper will enjoy earning by getting kick back from the forwarder at load port, sometimes it also double or triple coloaded with different forwarders, this all resulting to pay extra ocean freight destination and yard charges
