My Son, up and coming British rapper and mental health advocate J Grange, spent much of his life struggling with his own mental health issues including ADHD, Anxiety etc

It wasn't until he found a passion and focus in life, which in his case was songwriting and rap music, that he started to overcome many of the negative thoughts he was having and found the strength to get himself out of the downward spiral he was on.

He wanted to give something back and so he created his "Believe and Achieve" talks that before the covid health crisis he started taking in to schools.

He speaks to young people between the ages of 14-18 about his own struggles with poor mental health and explains that if they can find something positive to focus on in life, as well as getting the required support where appropriate, that they too can improve their mental well-being and ensure that their lives are positive, exciting, focused and enjoyable.

J currently has to charge schools to do these talks, which with budgets stretched for most schools, is not always possible. Therefore, we are looking for either a company, organisation or individual to sponsor his talks. Each visit cost around ￡125 excluding travel and can reached between 10-50 young people.

Just ￡5,000 would allow J to visit roughly 30 schools and allow up to 1500 young people hear J speak.
