The purpose of Avid′s communities is to share Moderators experience and knowledge of Avid products with others users to ensure a pleasant experience for all users. The Avid Pro Community is for Peer-to-peer discussion of Avid products and you will find an answer to your questions within Avid Pro Community.

I′m a customer moderator volunteer my time to answer questions and provide my knowledge, experience, and advice, as well as my passion with Avid professionals around the world.

I′m not an official support channel for Avid therefore, if someone demands immediate action, they should be directed to contact Avid Customer Success for assistance. Moderators get involved in discussions, responding to posts and offer support or direction to the community members.
