You can check the 'likely' status before placing your upgrade and also at any time after you've placed an upgrade to check the 'likely' chance of that upgrade. The app will tell you on a scale of 'likely' through to 'not likely', whether your request will be granted.

Using  some smart logic that we've built we can now provide some science around whether you'll receive that upgrade request.

Although it doesn't guarantee that you'll get your seat upgrade to premium economy,business or first class, it does give you the insight to set that expectation of whether it is even likely to occur.

But even when all hope seems lost, and its not likely you'll get that upgrade, we'll also provide you with some helpful trade secrets that will increase your chances.

The feature will work on any flight whether it is booked online by you or offline by your travel agency as long as you have the booking inside our APP.
