So how did I help this resume review and LinkedIn profile review client?

Explaining what matters to recruiters...and why.

They weren’t sure if they wanted to leave their job, but they knew their resume wasn’t doing them any favors. It felt vague, but they didn’t want to overcorrect and make it too wordy. If it goes well and the jobseekers like the exposure, it can be an ongoing thing! “Adam why a contest?” Well, if you’ve known me for years, you might remember I had a “candidate of the week” that I would feature in a post. Well my inbox got out of control, and everyone was telling me their personal stories and it was overwhelming to pick. And that was like 300k followers ago. Now it would be impossible for me. I figured randomly picked in a contest would be the best way to go about it. That’s also my way of asking you to please please please not message me about this as I want to keep it completely fair (and not lose complete control if my inbox ??). Just trying to help!
