Wander

Wander

There was a time, when nothing would rhyme;

I was a ball of innocence intermingled with somnolence;

A life filled with probabilities, ignorant of the possibilities.

I made the leap, woke up from my sleep;

Learned the necessary skills amidst a glimmer of thrills;

Education came to an end, I had a life to fend.

I questioned the norms and doubted all forms;

In silence I struggled, for long I remained muddled;

No end in sight, I kept on with the fight.

A peak I reached, with the world breached;

Little more awake, I saw all that’s fake;

My journey I continue, for much needed revenue.

On most days I wonder,?

When will I be left to wander??
