Walls are not there to keep you out!
I now find myself outside the castle walls as of December 4th , 2020. I will, along with the 28,000 return to make magic one day.
The post below was from 6 years ago when I interviewed and was turn down for the ASA role at Disney for the second time. I came back and was hired in March three months latter. Since that time I became a leader and now have the best role as a Disney Vacation Club sales guide which allows me to change people's lives and create happiness on board the Disney ships.

“I try every day to post something to have a positive impact on myself and others. In reading my posts you might think that everything always goes well and I don't have to deal with setbacks and disappointments.
So yesterday, I found out that a I did not get a position I wanted very much. So it hurts and I was angry, sad and very disappointed. It is ok to let yourself go thru the process but you have to then make a choice. What do I do next? I can be bitter or I can resolve to be better.
I don't ask for life to be easier, I simply ask to be better. Experience is the thing you get when you don't get what you want. So I pick myself up, dust myself off and get back at it today.
I hope this helps you, it certainly help me to share it.
Thanks, Jim
Don’t let people tell you what you can’t do! I now give you the greatest gift I can and that is someone that does and will always believe in you!
