"Walking the Extra Mile"
Recently I experienced a number of our team members "walking the extra mile" in a project that we delivered. The case usually refers to putting in extra effort beyond what is expected. It is about going above and beyond?to achieve something. Reflecting on this led me to a number of conclusions:
First of all it definitely builds more trust and relationships. Wherever you go beyond what is required, it shows commitment and reliability, fostering stronger relationships with your colleagues and clients.
Moreover, it enhances reputation as consistently delivering more than what is expected can help you stand out, lead to better opportunities and recognition in your career and within your corporation.? It definitely also encourages personal growth, challenging yourself to do more can lead to new skills, experiences and increased confidence for the future.
Furthermore, it improves outcomes and creates a positive impact by enhancing?a culture of support and cooperation.
Lastly, it increases satisfaction as achieving goals through extra effort can definitely provide a sense of fulfillment and accomplishment.
That mindset of excellence always benefits both you and those around you. Grateful to my Team members for that, as going the extra mile is a place that usually?is never crowded.
