Walking is for everyone

Walking is for everyone

As is evident from the title, walking is for everyone. Even those in wheelchairs- wheels and hands work well together!

I used to run a lot and now I run less and do more walking. I favor a mid-foot stance and if anyone reading this blog want to know about it just send a note and I will be happy to reply.  The following link is to one of the many sites I found for walking https://www.nbcnews.com/better/health/why-walking-most-underrated-form-exercise-ncna797271

This is a great day for a walk and Easter dinner will be a good thing to walking off :-)
