Walk-in has many advantages...

Campaigning & Advertising - If we have walk in we can do campaigning/advertising well in advance, which may achieve more and more candidates to appear for the interview and may help in closing all vacancies on walk in day

Large Recruitment Volume- A large numbers of candidates can be hired at once where more number of candidates visit for the interview

Fast Hiring - Candidates almost passed through all the rounds on the same day & may get offer also. So it's both ways a very quick process and fast hiring & getting the job too.

Low Hiring Cost - When there is more hiring needed this really reduces the cost to the company for recruitment.

Quality Resources - The weekends are chosen for walk ins in general. When there is week off, candidates come in more numbers and may also help company to select the best candidate from a large number

Advance preparation - Companies can ask for resume first and other details, and complete all initial screening & shortlisting before the walk-in. And only ask the shortlisted candidates to appear for the interview or the recruitment process. This will save lots of time of company & the mismatching candidates who are not matching with the opening.

Offering at the same day - Sometimes its advantageous to offer on the same day of walk-in which will be quick and avoid any delay for offer and also candidates are always ready for such a quick response and sometimes candidate who accepts offer first never look to other companies.

Walk in - A marketing/branding platform: When a walk in is scheduled, we can organise a small company introduction, work culture, events, general benefits etc covering video or ppt through projector, which will make them understand about company more and can help build up bonding from the time they are seating in our premises and also they join us or not, they can have something more about our company and can share details to others so that we can increase our branding.
