CJCT are celebrating the topping out of the Wales Farm Road project at North Acton, in west London. The project was designed by the practice and is being delivered on behalf of Imperial College. The development marks a significant investment by the university towards realising their ambition for a new campus district in the area.

The scheme comprises four buildings and includes a thirty-one storey tower, which enjoys extensive views over the Greater London area. It will deliver 730 student bed spaces and eighty-five residential apartments for the private rental sector. The project is due to complete in summer 2020.
