Psalm 3:4 I lie down and sleep; I wake again, because the Lord sustains me.

Have you ever found it hard to want to get up? You know that all the 'stuff' you fell asleep to yesterday is going to be smack you in the head today. Before you check the e-mails, turn on the negative news, or even walk to the coffee... go to the Father. The best way to get up for the day is to kneel before the Lord and give the day up to Him. Why try to face the day alone? Wake up and give it up to God and have a blessed weekend!
