Wake up, German Mittelstand!
Big enterprises like Daimer and Bosch are experimenting with "New Work" and innovation management on a growing scale; startups in Berlin and Munich of course operate the same way. Who's running the risk of falling behind is the famous German Mittelstand: Often family-owned companies with 100 or more years of tradition, clinging on to successes stories of the past and strategic/managerial truths of the 20th century.
Ironically, they could have a much easier time transitioning than others due to their ecomonic power/vast experience combined with a relatively small organisation size - let's go, Germany!
