Currently, in 2022, all of the SSDI hearings are primarily conducted using phone and video conferences, with little or no in-person hearings. As a result, the process has been somewhat sped up. In most cases, you can expect hear a decision within 90-120 days, but that's not always the case. To learn more, watch my latest video.
