I am Calvin Patrick Berast, ("Julien's Son" the VPD want me to call myself),?

I was accosted in the public library by some lady at the?2674 East Hastings Street Vancouver?BC?V5K 1Z6. This event happened at about 1310 HRS on Thursday, September 14, 2023.

An awful old frumpy lady called "jane" who claimed to work there. This "jane" person claimed to be a City of Vancouver unionized employee, yet she felt she had license to insinuate herself into my personal area, then direct me to clean up my area to her personal standards.?

Would you please explain to me how or why or what made this awful person think she had any authority over a man working on his college portfolio and journalistic studies??

I noticed this "jane" person did not accost anybody else.?

while sitting here the weird Chinese kids were being all -- very crude. They left the girl who said things I will not mention but her mother heard her and immediately the Mother of these children ushered her out.? 1247 Immediately as I wrote this word a stupid old [redacted] "Jane" came over -- a unionized City Worker to cause trouble in an area where there are no people at all, just quiet library users.? Ms. "Jane" tried to use her will against me and ask me to move my own belongings to her personal standard, to which I thanked her for checking on me, but I'm FINE, and it is this type of behavior that I am reporting on here in the DTES, upon her request I continue my report on this area. I thought we were done here? So the Chinese have the area figured out, the idiot City workers believe it is their task to antagonize film students and stop the flow of commerce, same as VPD as we have reported in this area on a regular basis.? This breaks the idiot police's 'deal' AGAIN for the 3rd time.?So there is no deal, I can go back to Astoria and work in my office? That's what I thought. Undercover told me that all day today, not to abandon my belongings and the thugs said "you left your key, you're not responsible for it, then," whatever that means.

Please have the police correct this "jane" person or let me know how many times the City of Vancouver is going to attack a rich white man who continues to build his business.?

Please also let me know what you are going to do to correct this situation and / or hopefully remove this "Jane" person from the Library and ensure this person never works there again.?

You are welcome for my presence in this area but I do not have any time for horse shit. Please let me know if speaking at a City Council meeting will help, or which avenue of support to pursue to stop this person from causing trouble for other patrons at the VPL.?

This is going directly to the Crown Prosecutor and I have evidence in the form of my daily journal of this activity.? I did not hear this "Jane" person walk up to anybody else and try to "enforfce" her personal will upon anybody else in the library.? This is the trouble here : they use women to cause trouble in every area. The men are gormless, spineless, gutless nobodies living in fear and it is causing a lot of trouble.? 1250? Another patron of the Library -- after "Jane"'s unwanted and disruptive interference in Students Working has caused this other patron to get up and leave.? Please remember I am an Expert Witness and my journal and report is legal evidence in a court of law. I did remind this branch when I arrived they had already tried once before to overcharge me for photocopies saying one page of paper was "two pages" and charging me double.? I found the trouble here at VPL, her name is Jane. You're welcome! This will be included in my report as the LAPTOP CONTINUES TO CHARGE, it is at 75 percent.? As a courtesy I reminded the man-boy in charge (he did not have the utterance of speech) that I am here to report on people like this "Jane" person and any other creatures causing trouble for Real People to notify me immediately and that Jane is "lucky" she doesn't?know Mr. Julien Berast, haha.? As I said : this town is filled with boys whose bodies grew older, and there are no men here. If there are, they do not frequent the library in the "theater" side of town. Hah! I am here to find a better library once the laptop battery is charged.? My lawyer has provided the following statement on my behalf to the VPD and Crown Prosecutor :? "This is City of Vancouver property and it is a public space and Mr. Berast does not appreciate being accosted and 'bossed around' like some dirty Nigger or Dirty Indian. He is a rich white man doing his college work and the VPL can fuck right off."? His words, not mine of course. I walked in friendly and polite and I intend to leave that way, unless little miss "Jane" has any other troubles.? 1300 I have verified so far that this person causing the trouble?has stopped and I am certain it will not EVER happen again.? This branch of the library still owes me money, don't forget that.
