Real Estate Remix?
I’m stoked to share the MAJOR news that the iconic Christie’s International Real Estate (of Christie’s Auction House fame) and @properties are joining the Compass family! Acquiring Christie’s and @properties—a highly regarded, bespoke brokerage ranked 8th in the US by sales volume—enables us agents to deliver an even more exceptional client experience. Personally, I’m excited to share more international homes with my buyers since Christie’s has a network of 100+ affiliates across 50 countries and territories. I’ll let that sink in. If you’ve been aspiring to buy elsewhere in the world like Hong Kong, Paris, London, Lima, Aruba (really anywhere), reach out and let’s make it happen!
NYC Insider: What’s Happening This Week?
I’m always on the lookout for new art exhibits and spaces to visit. This month STARSCAPE is on my radar. It’s an immersive installation created by Ethan Tobman and inspired by Dongji, the Korean celebration of the Winter Solstice. The exhibit is inside Genesis House (in Meatpacking), and is free to visit anytime from Tuesday to Sunday 11am-7pm. More info can be found here. I’ll let y’all know how it is!?

Commitment is Everything!?
With the new year a mere few weeks away (What?! I feel like Halloween was just yesterday…but I digress), I felt like this was a good week to bring up commitment because I believe it’s what separates the good from the great. Commitment is persistence with purpose. It’s what makes the difference between “I’ll get to it if time permits” and “This is getting done, no matter what.” The other benefit of commitment is that it demonstrates conviction and attracts people to your cause. If you want to be great, you have to be All-in. (Sidebar: All-in is a core value of Team Carte Blanche). Commitment is everything! Have a think and let me know— what are you committed to doing in 2025?
The Best Homes on the Market This Week??
Here are three of my favorite fly listings in NYC across all price points. Because Team Carte Blanche is all about the people, not the price.?
$11,995,000 ? 5 Bed | 4.5 Bath ? Brooklyn Heights?
A masterpiece of a home, set in one of my favorite Brooklyn neighborhoods. This rare Federal-style home dates back to 1829 and boasts restored original moldings and floors on top of more modern renovations.
$3,500,000? ? 3 Bed | 3.5 Bath? ? UWS
A showstopping, bright east-facing home lined with elegant casement windows. Residence 8D offers an open kitchen, sizable closets, and a laundry room, plus it's located inside a condo with luxe amenities which include a saltwater lap pool, squash court, music room, and outdoor cinema.?

$800,000 ? 1 Bed | 1 Bath? ? West Village
A top-floor, one-bed in a doorman building in the West Vill for under $1M?! Say no more. This home has great bones and with some renovations, it can be spectacular. Find Hudson River views, afternoon sunlight, and a nicely sized bedroom.

Before you go…
?? Kate Bush’s former UK home just listed for £11.5M. You know her from that iconic record ‘Running Up That Hill’
??: Is this Puerto Rico’s most expensive home ever??
??: My sister Sonja’s baked mac & cheese at Thanksgiving was everything, so I’m beyond curious if this round-up of the best Mac & Cheese in Brooklyn is legit. I rock with Peaches Hothouse and Mac Shack earned its name. Who do you like on this list? Any places left out?
??: The latest Kith x BMW collab is something all together different. I would definitely have this in my garage, next to my ‘63 Lincoln Continental and ‘65 Rag Top Impala (soon come!)
