We are so blessed to have what we have. Even if life has challenges and storms we can still find blessings. But what we can really hang our hope on is what is yet to come. Even if someone is blessed with affluence and the greatest on the planet, they can't compare to the glory of what God has waiting for those who believe! John the Baptist (whom Jesus is referring to in this passage) was hand picked by God to prepare the way for Jesus, and he wouldn't experience true greatness until going to heaven.
