WAIT FOR IT-

In the quest to achieve big dreams, the first step is to dream.
For those who didn't hold on to their dreams didn't taste success, but those who didn't dare to dream didn't know what to look for. Let me start with a question, a rather simple one.
What do you want to have, or to achieve, or where and how do you want to be?
You might decide not to confess to me but don't keep it inside for long. You, my friend, desire greatness in your heart. You want to be famous. You want to be an expert in something, or maybe everything. You want to be the best sports person, the unheard singer, the incredible dancer, the genius engineer, the savior doctor, the insane scientist. You desire kindness, wealth, and health. You want to learn, help and donate. You wish to be the person people look up to. You want to earn more, relax more, travel more, and more and more!
Confess it, that's you!
?Don't keep it inside for long, dreams often gets lost in someplace there. Put it on paper and keep poking yourself, keep reminding yourself of where you belong!
But some of you, some of you are wise, a step ahead in the game. You already know what you want, what you desire. And you ask me, why it ain't still working out for you?
Because to strive for something is way different than to desire.
You don't achieve greatness only by the virtue of desire, it takes labor, makes you sweat, gives you pain, needs your time, demands persistence, there're not only obstacles but failures you have to overcome, you have to strive for it!
But you know what it takes the most?
It takes patience.
Greatness can only be possessed through luck, hard work and time. Not always will luck support you but often you can make up for it with your work and time. I have known many people inspired and all pumped-up to do great work and ready to sweat, but most of them are looking for success after a week or a month's hard work. Often it takes a little more than that, it's not in scale of weeks or months but more like years and decades. It's not only about the strengths, the world will also test your stamina.
Big dreams don't just mean to think of bigger achievements but also to tie them with bigger set of goals and time-frames. Have a blurred vision of where you want to see yourself in future, I don't speak months and a year, think big, think 7-12 years.
Believe me, "It is not about the genius, but the greatness one aspires to."
This is how it works, you get to choose the game but you don't get to define the time-frames. Of course, run fast if you can, but do realize that you're in a marathon and its gonna take a while. Maybe, maybe you will be tired when you reach the ribbon but I promise you, every drop of your sweat will be worth it.
It will be LEGEN- wait for it -
You want success, you want greatness, you want too many things, my friend. Keep Calm and Keep Working. Have the patience it takes and you will reach there, just wait for it.
