Vulnerability and the powers of movement

So a little vulnerable post! For the last thirteen years I have worked in most if not all of London's prime time studios. I tell you this not to brag but to contextualise.
I haven't had much luck getting Free Your Spine into the studios as after all they are businesses which want to put bums in seats and dont really want to take risk of putting on the timetable a newish style which will take how ever long it will take to build up. Therefore, I really have had no choice but to go and brave it alone and build this Free Your Spine community and method up on my own two feet, which has served up some profound lessons!
This year has been one of the hardest years for me emotionally, spiritually and mentally. I am extremely passionate about Free Your Spine and the benefits it has not just on the body but also the mind. As I fought with myself and my demons this year, battled through extreme anxiety, panic and depressive phases, what helped me and carried me through is my own movement practice and and helping and empowering others to feel good not just in body but also mind via the FYS experience.
I am now getting ready for 2020 and want to fly the flag for feeling good, not getting swept up in these terribly anxious and panicky times we are living in and empower YOU to feel good via moving your body.
January 6th 2020 I am kicking off the first intake of "Free me up" in 28 days. I do hope that some of you will join me for the delicious ride of freeing up your back and hips during January which we all know can be a little blue month. There are more details about whats involved here and please do reach out ([email protected]) with any questions you may have. Nicola x
