As a Lead Product Manager of 6thStreet, a day in Karan Kunal’s life could range from a wide array of things, primarily working on the?purchase funnel. He personally oversees and?optimises customer journeys?through their various touch points with a keen eye on?user engagement?and?product discovery.?
Simply put, he shapes how users interact with the platform and how to constantly optimise that. He also interacts with?various stakeholders?to address key problems and find solutions along the way.?

Product Tagging
Every single touchpoint in the user journey is shaped by the quality and contextualization of the right data. For example, the better defined the taxonomy is, the more?optimised your search will be?and that?boosts product discovery.?Or, the system will?serve the right?recommendations?to the right users if the data is better structured.?
Personalization
Even addressing factors such as availability, they can?personalize?the recommendations?they serve to a user based on the sizes they purchase and ensure that what they’re looking for is?available in their size.?
A/B Tests?
A/B tests are a crucial step in enhancing customer experience. While launching new products - they may?test it out in a smaller market?or explore?gender-agnostic home pages. Even when optimising recommendations, not just factoring in relevance but also based on the availability of sizes. These?experiments?help them identify the best course of action.

you can make a purchase right there on the tablet.?
We’ll break it down for you:?
First:?A shopper walks into the store and they find a table present there to browse - it's exactly how they'd shop on the brand's website/app.
Second:?They'd select anything they'd like to try, and it’s almost immediately available to them in the trial room.?
Finally:?If they like it, they can make the purchase on the tab right there.
However, if they don’t, they can leave the garment in the trial room, come back browse and get to do that all over again!?
