Vucar Officially Announces 5-Day Return Plic

We understand that buying a car is a significant decision, and sometimes things may not go as planned. Even though all the vehicles we sell go through thorough inspection and maintenance, there is still a chance that you might not be satisfied with your purchase. While we hope this never happens at Vucar, we do provide a 100% refund service within 5 days (or for vehicles driven less than 150 km) in case of defects or undisclosed information.


5-Day Refund

Specifically, the refund process is as follows:

  1. After purchasing a vehicle, you have the freedom to test drive it for the first 5 days or up to 150 km. Consider it your own during this time.
  2. In case of the following issues, please contact us or the sales staff:Incorrect vehicle information: If you discover significant differences in the purchased vehicle compared to the condition at the time of the handover (e.g., the chassis number on the car differs from the paperwork, the chassis number on the car differs from the engine number, the gearbox is not in its original state, etc.).Mechanical or safety issues: If the buyer identifies significant mechanical or safety issues with the vehicle that were not disclosed before the purchase.Please provide Vucar with information through text (Zalo, Email) along with supporting evidence such as images, videos, or inspection reports to ensure transparency.
  3. Vucar will inspect the vehicle to verify these issues. This vehicle inspection will be based on the manufacturer's or dealership's warranty standards.
  4. After the refund request is approved, Vucar will refund 100% of the amount within 30 working days.

Terms and Limitations

  • Normal wear and tear: Normal wear and tear resulting from regular use of the vehicle are not eligible for a refund or return.
  • Repairs and replacements: Any repairs or replacements made on the vehicle after the purchase will void the right to a refund or return unless explicitly approved by Vucar in writing.
  • Refund requests made after the initial 5 days or beyond 150 km from the time of receiving the vehicle are not eligible.

Vucar reserves the right to modify or update this Refund/Return Policy at its discretion. Any changes will be communicated to the vehicle buyer through Vucar's website, email, or other appropriate means.

  • Thoroughly inspect the vehicle, in line with the information provided by Vucar, before taking possession of the car.
  • Carefully check your new vehicle within the first 5 days or 150 km. Take it on your regular routes. Bring your family along. Check everything from the suspension system to the audio system. Let Vucar ensure the best experience for you!
