VSA IN SHIPPING

VSA IN SHIPPING

A vessel sharing agreement is typically formed between multiple container shipping lines that agree to run a liner service along a designated route with a specified number of vessels. It is not required for each partner to contribute an equal number of vessels. The available space for loading and unloading at each port of call is shared among the partners. The amount of space allocated to each partner can vary from port to port and may depend on the number of vessels each partner operates or contributes to the agreement.
