We are representing a a privately-owned, family managed company that has been specializing in the corrugated products industry since 1979.

This company (Based in NJ) has asked us to find a Director of Business Development.

We are interested in someone with packaging background to cultivate new business leads. 

For the right senior leader, who has the desire to grow, the ability to progress into a more senior role and /or participate in the equity of the company is possible, as the owner is desiring to broaden the succession planning possibilities with key employees who can show they have what it takes to succeed. 

The base and commission earnings are north of $400 K.
