VP, Product Management – Remote - Requirements: ?
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, engineering, or related field.? MBA preferred.
- 8+ years of experience in product management.
- Must have prior experience in Accounts Payables and Metrics.
- Proven track record of success in product innovation and revenue growth.???
- Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to translate market insights into actionable product strategies.
- Expertise in product development processes and methodologies.
- Demonstrated success in driving product innovation, launching new products, and achieving revenue growth targets.
- Strong leadership, team building, interpersonal, good verbal and written communications and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.????
- Prior experience in early start-up environments with Accounts Payable as service experience.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a passion for solving complex problems and delivering exceptional customer value.??
- Must be proficient in B2B, technology, software, or SaaS industries.
- Highly proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.?
VP, Product Management – Remote – Responsibilities:
- Drive product, vision, strategy, and execution to achieve market leadership.?
- Serve as primary liaison between the business P&L owners and product development team.
- Define and manage internal and external product roadmaps.
- Ensure leadership alignment and support for product management methodologies.
- Create project plan methodology for efficient product commercialization.
- Conduct market analysis to understand current and future needs.
- Collaborate with P&L owners to develop business cases for product initiatives.
- Develop process for customer feedback and prioritize needs.??
- Establish and track KPIs to measure and optimize product performance.
- Lead product management and commercialization activities.
- Develop strong relationships with internal customers and support their needs.
