Now, the tough time is settling down (at least for now :) ), it's time to plan the upcoming journeys in overall inclusive ways. Most of the landscape has changed in different verticals as also in L & D.
Now we can't design stand-alone programs for the audience/participants. Let's understand this, today our channel of entertainment is based on OTT digital platform contents, whenever we want, based on our quality time or space, we prefer to watch the films or series, the same applies to the Learning journey - it is a combination of digital learning combined with classroom and also one on one learning sessions.
The ultimate perspective of the learning journey is to help one to adapt the newer skills keeping in mind the business as well as personal priorities. Learning new competencies is not conventional, it might be nonconventional also, the prime focus of learning is to support the job effectively and efficiently.
#learningeveryday?or continuous learning is a keyword of this voyage. Continuous learning opportunities include inventions such as fieldwork, pre and post classroom digital learning, social learning, on-the-job learning, mentoring, one on one sessions, and small workshops. These combinations in one way or other help for a better learning and adaptation curve for the business and individual.
