VOX POPULI, some thoughts and definitions:

DEMOCRAT

Too poor to be capitalist and too rich to be communist.

CAPITALISM

System in which man exploits man. In the communist regime it's the other way round.

DEMOCRACY

A regime in which everyone has the right to claim that he is under dictatorship.

DICTATORSHIP

A regime where everyone has to say it's democracy.

HELP FOR THE THIRD WORLD

Aid paid by the poor in rich countries to help the rich of poor countries.

TO COMPLICATE

Nothing is more complicated than simplifying, nothing is simpler than complicating.

CONSULTANT

Specialist who takes your watch, tells you what time is it and makes you pay for his service.

ECONOMIST

Expert who will be able to tell tomorrow why what she/he predicted yesterday did not happened yet today

LAWYER

The only person capable of writing a 10,000-word document and naming it "Summary"

BANKER

A guy who lends you an umbrella when it's sunny and takes it back when it starts raining

JURY

A group of twelve people drawn in to decide who, among the accused and the victim, has the best lawyer.

TOURISM

Activity consisting of carrying some people, who would feel better at home, through places that would look better without them

MARRIAGE

A union that makes two people bear things they should never have sustained if they were alone.
