ServiceNow is the?global leader platform?connecting people, functions and systems to increase IT productivity and agility and I’m glad to share with you that VCEAA has been selected by them as one of their customers success stories!!

ServiceNow has been in use for several years by?Votorantim Group?and focusing on Votorantim Cimentos EAA, our colleagues may know part of our own suite, which is?Helpdesk?(ITSM), the tool we?use to capture, follow and guarantee their demands are fulfilled by IT, but it’s way more than that. We also deployed, helping IT behind the curtain, other modules such as?ITOM, monitoring all the components connected to our networks,?SPM, helping IT to manage all the projects where we bring you value, and?BCM, to manage the?Business Continuity Plans?and hence be prepared to recover the tools you use in case of unexpected events or catastrophes.

In fact, having deployed the BCM module, made us being considered by Devoteam our ServiceNow partner, as one of the most committed companies in our region in the endeavour of guaranteeing business operations even under the heaviest rain; for us this task is of the utmost importance. Thus, we were invited, for the second year in a row, to participate in the?WorkflowNow?event, where?Javier Grande Marquez?and?myself?were speakers amongst others from?IE, Pais Vasco Government, Santa Lucía…
