‘What a fantastic day at the inaugural Estate Agency Content Club conference run by Jerry Lyons and his amazing team with Amanda Jane Bower and others.

“From the first moment two years ago hearing about the content club I wanted to be part of the group of fantastic agents all if whom have the same customer focus but are all amazing people and inspirational in their own right.

It was wonderful seeing some familiar faces but this conference was different to others it felt more collaborative but also had a different feel and I was so proud as this event raised ￡2,000 for good causes and was a non profit related event. Not only that but there are good things to come that were announced today that I am keen to be part of.

Today there were inspirational speakers; Luke St Clair on his community successes totally inspiring. Then the fantastic Rob Brady?who has in the past helped me personally but until today never met and his talk on mental health was really passionate and really hit home. Then the incredible senior team of Location Location of Vicky Bibiris?and Asad Riaz?talking about their successes and I must have written 5 pages of notes alone, really thought provoking and how important it is to have the right people on your bus.

“In the afternoon Jerry introduced more about the club and a huge exciting announcement with more news to follow. Then an amazing interview with Spencer Lawrence fantastic advice on rentals and how he and his team have made the language of estate agents different. Tenants are residents! Just fantastic advice... then the final segment and a fantastic presentation by Paul Barber CEO of Brighton & Hove Albion FC?a fantastic interview and how humble from someone who has been highly successful. Sadly didn't find the bravery to thank him personally for getting the club I have supported for 40 years to where it is today but a really humble and honest refreshing chat. Proud to be a fan of the club.”

We have spent the past couple of years making a concerted effort to align ourselves with like minded people in our industry, so that we can learn from people who have the same values as us. Learning and development is going to be something we work hard on this year.

Today we attended an event where the speaker line up was extremely inspirational and we have some brilliant take aways on how to further support our community, which is one of our focus's this year.

We can't wait to start actioning our plans.
