Last year Workspace volunteered 1,560 hours,partnering with organisations like the Single Homeless Project and supporting local food banks and community centers.?
?It can be hard to find opportunities to give back to the local community, so we've made it simpler with a list of drop-in volunteering opportunities that cost nothing but your time.? ?
South London?
BeEnriched?– Community Kitchens 10.30am – 3pm based in?Elephant and Castle?on Mondays,?Clapham?on Wednesdays, and?Tooting?on Fridays.? ?Take charge of the kitchen for a day! Volunteers cook a three-course vegetarian meal using surplus food, serve it to the community, and connect with the guests. Ahead of the session, you’ll need to complete a health and safety form.
Workspace teams have loved this opportunity to get creative, work together, and give back in a tangible way.

Felix Project?–?The Green Scheme?Monday to Friday, 1 - 3 hours?–?register here.? ??Walk, cycle an A to B route to collect surplus food from supermarkets, cafes, and restaurants and then deliver it to local Community Organisations?to support people in need.? You'll need to attend an online information session prior to the session – sign up for this on the link above.?
